| Where to Find SFI Hit Tracking |
This question need some background because I guess not many affiliates are using SFI's hit tracking. So, let me start with that.
SFI has mechanism to track the number of hits (clicks) each advertisement you have in the internet. Therefore it is important that when you advertise on free of paid ads to put a keycode in your link. You should also take note the website where you put your ads.
The number of times your gateway links are clicked can be found here: https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/HitTracking or under Power Tools/Hit Tracking. This records as to number of hits (clicks) will help you determine how effective is your promotions.
You need some parameters so that you can say that your promotion is effective. Here some that you can use:
1. The number of sign-up per raw clicks with the Keycode you used. - Ultimately this is what is important, we call this the conversion rate.
2. Simply the number of clicks - meaning many people have watched your ads and the more watchers the more possibility of sign-up.
With these two parameters you can choose later where to put most of your ads (investment). You will have a solid basis for your present ads (which site is better) and also the future site where you want to try later.
a conversion of 1 percent, 1 per hundred hits is good enough.
